Bliss 'n Mix is a pick 'n mix of multi-sensory treats to soothe your nervous system. It's a series of 6 x classes differing from week to week, yet all designed to soothe your nervous system. Join a bunch of friendly people getting together at The Lomi Room to settle and decompress with Naomi's guidance. Managing the health of your nervous system is important. It takes a real beating from rushing, stress, trauma and media consumption and when you're "wired" for long periods, your nervous system finds it harder and harder to relax. Enter anxiety! This class is your chance to try a bunch of different things that will help you to relax. You can come to one class, or come to them all - it's totally up to you. FORMAT You're welcome to come up to 15 minutes early to enjoy a warm cup of kawakawa tea or a shell of mellow-making kava. Grab a blanket to snuggle into or bring your own. We'll connect as a group Guided activities begin with ease-ins to help you settle in and feel comfortable. Then diving into something deeper to take you into a blissful state. Reconnection with the group to close. Throughout the series, the following activities will be included: Breathing, visualisation, chanting, meditation, sound bathing and more. Your nervous system will be treated to a multi-sensory collection of "treats" to bliss out on. Have some dinner first and change into something comfy - Bliss 'n Mix is intended to be the last thing you do, so that you can float home and into bed.
