In this lab we look at the ecology of work under the microscope: self, team and clients.  Creating a supportive environment for exploration, I guide you and your team through a conversation about how well these components are doing.  You will understand what needs to change to re-establish or maintain balance and good health of the organisation as you move through change.

Who this is for:  This professional development workshop is for the whole team (up to 30 people) is encouraged to attend.
