How this works, is that you will be charged for the length of the treatment that you've booked, and this extra "appointment" is to extend your treatment by 15 minutes and make sure we both know the total time your visit will last for. *This 15-minutes free offer cannot be combined with any other offer. This 15 minutes free service cannot be booked without another payable service.
Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens. Please remember that late cancellations impact the smooth running of The Lomi Room and prevents other people from being able to visit at that time. Due to this, a fee of up to 50% may be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24hr before your appointment.
